ISO/PAS 45005 - Guidelines for safe working during the COVID-19 pandemic

ISO has published a new guidelines document (ISO/PAS 45005) for managing the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect work-related health, safe and well-being of the workers and of other stakeholders (e.g. visitors or members of the public).

This document can be used by any organization, regardless of size or sector, including those that have been operating during the pandemic, those that are resuming operation following full or partial closure or those that are new and planning to operate for the first time.

The guidelines address topics like: phyiscal workplaces, working from home or in other people's homes, managing suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19, testing, contact tracing and quarantine, the psychological health and well-being of workers, hygiene or the use of personal protective equipment, masks and face coverings.
